01 — Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging and accessories are intact.
  • Proof of purchase is available.
  • The product has not been altered or damaged.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Promotional items
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

02 — How To Return

Step One
Login to your Nowa Luxe account using your registered email.

Step Two
Select the order and item you wish to return.

Step Three
Choose the return reason and upload supporting images if required.

Step Four
Ship the product using a trackable delivery service.

03 — Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share your order number.
  • Provide clear images/videos showing the issue.
  • After verification, we will provide a suitable resolution.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling or regular wear will not qualify.

04 — Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.
  • Approved refunds are credited within 3–5 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Store wallet credit may be selected for faster future use.
  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

05 — Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require another size, colour or style, please return your original item and place a new order.

06 — Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. Once dispatched, please follow the return process after delivery.
