1.3 All original tags, packaging, and accessories are in their original condition.
1.4 Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is provided.
1.5 Non-returnable items:
1.5.1 Gift cards or promotional items.
1.5.2 Custom or personalised products.
1.5.3 Products marked as “Final Sale.”

Defective or Damaged Products
2.1 If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
2.2 Provide clear photographs of the defect, damage, or incorrect item along with your order details.
2.3 Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
2.4 Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or regular wear and tear will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Refund Process
3.1 Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.
3.2 Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you may have the refund added to your e-wallet, where it will be credited instantly for future purchases.
3.3 Shipping fees (return shipping) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
3.4 If the item does not meet our return criteria, it will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped. After this period, please follow the return process once the item is delivered.
