6. Damaged or Tampered Packages:
6.1 If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at contact@nowaluxe.in with your order reference number and images of the package.
6.2 We will arrange for a replacement or a refund once the issue is reviewed.
