01 — Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.

• A ₹200 shipping fee is applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

04 — Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.

Nowa Luxe will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

05 — Delivery Confirmation

• A signature may be required upon delivery as confirmation of receipt.
• If you are unavailable, the courier partner may provide rescheduling options or alternative delivery instructions.

06 — Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or tampered with, please refuse delivery wherever possible and contact us immediately.

• Share your order reference number.
• Provide clear images of the package condition.
• After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.
